San Francisco to Erase Marijuana Convictions Automatically

Trump Administration Rescinds Obama Weed Policy

WASHINGTON — Jeff Sessions, the U.S. Attorney General, has rescinded the federal policy which prevented federal law enforcement from prosecuting in states with legal marijuana.
